Do you have any games that instantly put you at ease, even if you were just furious moments before? It is a game called Foamstars that I get each month from PS Plus for myself. The look and music just make me feel so at ease. I am a little sorry to say this, but I have heard that the game is not the best behind the scenes, but whatever. It really does help to lift my spirits. I suppose that the fact that there are no actual kills in the game plays a major role in it.

It is not as soothing as I had imagined, but I honestly thought I would adore Dave the Diver. Too much focus on the plot, all I wanted to do was wander and find some fish.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is frequently soothing. especially if all you do is ride around and soak in the scenery.
I have also found that playing games like Power Wash Simulator and Unpacking are soothing.

Yes. At a certain point in the tale, I actually just took a break to go fishing, go hunting, perform the hunting activities, and generally just go around and explore the world. It was soothing.
