What was the first story game you actually finished? Mine was OOT!

Played OOT three times… never beat it once.

Mine was Super Mario World 2. Best childhood memory.

Either Pokémon Blue Rescue Team or Dragon Quest 9. Both are still amazing.

The Minish Cap

Mario Party DS

Wind Waker

Lego Island. The Brickster is an unforgettable villain. The Joker of Lego, honestly.

I never managed to catch the Brickster, but that game was so much fun!

A custom text-based adventure on a C64 that someone made. You’d get these games on floppy disks in old computer magazines.

Same here!

Total Overdose

Secret of Evermore. I’m completely biased toward this game.

Neverwinter Nights. My brother brought it home on a burned CD. Been a cRPG fan ever since. Got a legit copy on GOG now lol.

Gurumin: A Monstrous Adventure. Anyone else know this game?

Gothic. Always loved it.

Dragon Warrior on NES

I can still remember the opening screen and music perfectly.

Paper Mario: TTYD. Super fun and easy to follow until the Shadow Queen. Took me days to finally beat her, but the Pretty Lucky badge came through in the end!

FF1 set the tone for the next 15 years of my gaming life.

Majora’s Mask. I was so proud of myself!
