What is one game mechanic you wish you could have in real life?

Which game mechanic useful or useless would you like to see in real life?

The FO4 / FO76 settlement scheme. I want to be able to break into a junkyard, stuff 200 pounds of trash into my jeans pocket, and then return home to fortify my backyard.

Or imagine being able to create a new sofa using just three pencils and a teddy bear that would be amazing, It would save a lot of money at Ikea.
