Superliminal. No question.
As someone with a Ph.D. in physics, I wouldn’t really call that ‘physics’ though.

That game is all about weird perspectives.
Half-Life 2 gravity gun experience.
Stellar Blader
No question, it’s Half-Life 2.
Goat Simulator
Dark Messiah is still unbeatable when it comes to physics, and it’s wild how no one made something like it for almost 20 years.
Outer Wilds with its take on quantum mechanics is a dream for physics fans.
Half-Life 2 and Crysis.
Track Craft uses gravity physics in a pretty unique way.
Darkfall Online, an old MMO, had pushing, pulling, launching, and all sorts of physics-based spells. In big guild fights, it got insane—launching teammates over walls into enemy cities, force-pushing people off cliffs. I miss that game!
The Witness does some really creative problem-solving, though I’m not sure if that qualifies as physics… but it’s definitely something.
Titanfall 2 had some really neat gameplay mechanics.
Control comes to mind.
Noita for sure.
Gravity Rush.
To me, something as simple as Human Fall Flat stands out. The puzzles can be hilarious and simple, like pulling with one hand or two. You even get to control a container ship with simple climbing mechanics!

The Harley Quinn ass jiggle physics when Batman carries her in Arkham Knight.
The rope physics in The Last of Us Part 2 blew my mind. Like when you plug in the cable for the generator, it reacts realistically with other objects.
