The first playthrough of Bloodborne is an absolute treat

Experiencing Bloodborne for the first time is something else. The atmosphere, the challenge, the satisfaction of finally beating a tough boss… It’s unforgettable.

I’m playing through Dark Souls 1 for the first time now. Just beat the Iron Golem at Sen’s Fortress. I used to hate Soulsborne games, but Elden Ring got me into them. I played Bloodborne for 25 hours back in the day but rage-quit because I was horrible.

That’s awesome! DS1 is a classic, and you’re about to hit some of the best parts of the game.

Souls games are an acquired taste. Once they click, they’re addictive. Took me a while with Sekiro before I loved it. Keep at it!

Bloodborne is one of my all-time favorites, but I can’t get into the other Souls games.

It’s the faster pace and unique theme. Bloodborne’s aggressive combat style feels different from the others.

Try Sekiro! It’s fast-paced and aggressive like Bloodborne. I’ve replayed Sekiro multiple times, but couldn’t finish Elden Ring.

Bloodborne on PC when, Sony? COME ON.

Emulation is improving, but yeah, we need an official port.

It took me several tries to get into Bloodborne. Once I understood the mechanics and beat the first boss, I was hooked. Now it’s one of my favorite games ever.

Same here! It didn’t click at first, but once I understood the flow of the game, it became one of my all-time favorites.

I’ve tried Bloodborne multiple times and never got far. I loved Elden Ring and Sekiro, but something about Bloodborne doesn’t hook me.

Bloodborne gets better the deeper you go. It’s worth pushing past the early game!

Playing it for the first time now on PS5. I had to tweak some settings to fix the blurry visuals, and now I’m loving it.

I’m planning my first playthrough next year. Can’t wait!

Does Bloodborne finally run well on PS5? The frame pacing and loading times on PS4 were rough.

I rage-quit Bloodborne after the second boss. It just didn’t click for me like the Souls games did.

Bloodborne was my first Souls game, and I’m so glad it was. The story is one of the best in gaming.

The 12 fps experience is not though! :joy:

Emulators with frame-gen are making it better on PC!
