My partner and I had a blast with Dysmantle... any other games like this for couch co-op?

We had so much fun with games like ‘It Takes Two’ and now we’re looking for something similar. We enjoy a mix of farming, challenge, and of course, couch co-op. Any ideas?

Edit: We’ve already finished Valheim, Grounded, Stardew Valley, Don’t Starve Together, and Dinkum… but we’re really craving local couch co-op options.

Valheim is one of the best ones lately. If you’re not into combat, try Planet Crafter. For zombies and top-down view, you could try Project Zomboid.

We’ve done that already! Thanks though.

@Charley
How about Grim Soul? Seems like a good fit!

Grounded is awesome!

Already finished it! Thanks anyway.

Stardew Valley!

Done that too! But thanks for suggesting it.

A sequel is coming in 2025. Check it out here: DYSPLACED

That’s amazing! Thanks for the heads-up!

Cult of the Lamb now has couch co-op.

Try Ark! It’s a great farming, open-world game that also includes pets. Plus, it’s a solid co-op experience. For a little more horror, try 7 Days to Die or Sons of the Forest.

This seems perfect for Project Zomboid! It’s the most realistic zombie game I’ve played. Just remember to turn off the oven!

Funny, the original poster asks for a farming zombie game, and they get downvoted for suggesting Project Zomboid. I agree though, it’s a great game!

@Owen
Exactly! You can literally build a farm and cook during a zombie apocalypse. What’s missing?

She saw the graphics and wasn’t too into them. I’ll try asking again though!

@Charley
Yeah, the graphics took me a while to get used to, but it’s a solid game. Even my 12-year-old plays it with me.

@Charley
I get it. The graphics were a turn-off for me too at first (they used to be way worse). But the depth of the game is unmatched. It’s a hidden gem.

You should try Zombies Ate My Neighbors. It’s all about shooting, but a lot of fun.

V Rising is a fun game! You can make your own private server and tweak the settings to make it as easy or hard as you like.
