A Canadian Kmart employee shirt is being sold for $80. Is this nostalgia or insanity? What do you think?
$80? The shop owner is trippin.

“I know what I got.”

You could literally make this shirt on CustomInk or Zazzle for like $25. Minus the Kmart employee sweat, of course.

And tears. Don’t forget the tears. Ask me how I know this…
To everyone complaining about the price: to vintage Nintendo collectors, this might actually be worth it. Plus, it’s from a Canadian Kmart, so $80 CAD isn’t as wild when converted to USD.

Still about $50 USD for an old employee shirt. If people are paying that, I’ve got some promo shirts from GameStop I’ll sell for the same price.
Do people not understand collector’s items? We pay $80 for unfinished games but balk at $80 for something rare and unique?
Honestly, I’d buy it. That shirt is cool as hell.
Kmart had some damn good popcorn.
I wish I knew I was living in the good times back then.
If it’s a vintage tee, $80 isn’t crazy.

Just because something is old doesn’t mean it’s worth money.
Would I buy this? Yes. Would I regret it at that price in Canadian dollars? Nope.
Peak nostalgia vibes, but $80 still feels steep.
The ‘K’ in Kmart stands for Kanada.
